Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with love and care straight from my home studio in Texas, USA. I do my best to ensure your art arrives safely and as quickly as possible!

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During shop launches, holidays, or sales, please allow a few extra days for fulfillment.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, I can’t make changes once your order has been processed.

📬 Sticker-Only Orders

Small orders that include stickers or sticker sheets only will be shipped in a stamped envelope without tracking to keep shipping costs low. These envelopes are carefully packaged and sent via USPS First-Class Mail. Please note that tracking is not available for this option, and delivery may take 5–10 business days within the U.S. and longer for international orders depending on your location.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing, which are unfortunately out of my control.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
I cannot mark items as “gifts” or falsify customs information, and I am not responsible for any delays or costs caused by customs procedures.

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves my studio, it’s in the hands of the postal carrier. I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office first to file a claim. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact me at [email protected]  I’ll do my best to help find a solution.

🚫 Non-Serviceable Regions

Some countries may not be eligible for shipping at this time due to postal restrictions or unreliability. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, unfortunately, I cannot ship there yet.
