Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my art! Each item in my shop is created with care, and many are handmade or produced in small batches. Because of that, I don’t typically accept returns or exchanges, but I always want you to be happy with your order, so please read the following carefully.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your cart and shipping information before completing checkout.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to help resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Please note that minor variations (such as small print shifts, color differences due to monitors, or handmade imperfections) are normal and not considered defects.

💵 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives severely damaged and cannot be replaced.

  • The wrong item was sent by mistake.

  • Your package is lost and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Because of the nature of my products, the following items can’t be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • B-grade or discounted products (sold “as is”)

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, I’m not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal service for help filing a claim. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with your household members or neighbors before reaching out.
